Glitch Pal

"Glitch Pal"is an image editor that is build specifically for creating glitch art. I created this because every other tool was too heavy and unoptimized for what I need or did not give me enough control to make the art that I need. Glitch Pal has significantly increased how quickly I can create pieces of art and avoids having crashes when working on large projects.
